If you have the materials and level up to get the orcish armour perk you can make and improve orcish helmets. At higher levels the draugr in ancient nord ruins start dropping loads of ebony weapons which when improved with the ebony smithing perk can get you from level 80 to 100 improving 20 looted weapons with 20 ebony ingots.

For regular bows and crossbows, Alchemy, Enchanting, and Smithing play a huge role in maximizing damage as an archer in Skyrim. For me, creating items produced a lot of smithing XP - e.g. W3 traps give great xp and so do dementia and void level equipment pieces. Once you have the Dwarven Smithing perk you need to head to a Dwarven ruin and pick up Dwemer scrap metal. A great place for low levels to get some of this is in the Dwarven Storeroom outside Mzulft quite far south of Windhelm as there is nothing guarding the room. To get all the way to 100 however you will need to go through more Dwarven ruins
Sadly theres no fast way to do enchanting. Smithing i recommend dwarven bows. If you have enchanting and/or alchemy up, you can improve them after makibg them for tobs of xp and lvls.
